St Mary of the Woods College engaged LMH Architecture to conduct a design study to plan for a future dormitory on campus. LMH worked with the college stakeholders to ascertain the needs of the college and developed a space program accordingly. The scope of the project resulted in a 95 resident dorm with expansion capabilities, a kitchen and dining area for the entire campus, a spirit shop and bookstore with leasable space, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet divided between two floors. Conceptual floor plans, site plan and architectural renderings were developed to not only determine anticipated cost, but also to utilize in fundraising for the project.
