The project consisted of a renovation of approximately 16,000 square feet on the second floor of the existing MOB-B adjacent to the hospital. The space program for this project included six new operating rooms, twelve prep/recovery spaces, a nine bed PACU, and the required ancillary support spaces. An office suite, reception, billing, and family waiting space are also included. The current program is set up to utilize the hospitals existing central sterile resource department for instrument cleaning and sterilization. One of the facility's existing covered entrances is planned to be utilized for patient drop off and pick up.
