This project consists of a client requesting a high-end skilled nursing and LTAC facility.
LMH Architecture assisted in developing the proper matrix of private and semi-private rooms to accommodate the required 122 total residents.
The facility consists of 4 floors, the top three containing resident rooms while the bottom floor housed support spaces for the entire facility. The first floor consisted of a large main entry lobby, group activity areas, a movie theater, a café, a full rehab center, and required support spaces including a full kitchen and other back of house areas.
