The project includes the development of the new Dan Cristiani Legacy Complex totaling approximately 22,760 SF. The facility is planned to be occupied and used as the operations headquarters for Dan Cristiani Excavating, DC Develop and GottaGo company functions. The facility is designed with a rural vernacular aesthetic to fit within the rural context of the 600-acre Shadow Lake development adjacent to the property in Charlestown, IN. The new facility is designed with three levels of office space, conference space, training and operations, dispatch space, an estimating suite and ancillary support areas.
