CMTA Engineering Consultants continues to expand their company and had outgrown their original corporate headquarters that LMH Architecture designed. LMH Architecture was once again brought in to design a new office building adjacent to their corporate headquarters facility in Norton Commons on the East side of Louisville. LMH Architecture, with associate architect OMNI Architects, went through ax elaborate design and submittal process with the Norton Commons design review board. This project achieved zero energy, WELL certified office building, and created a built environment that CMTA is able to use as a catalyst to provide real world operating data for energy efficiency.
