This senior living facility is located in Owensboro, Kentucky and contains assisted living, memory care, and independent living resident rooms. The 108,000 sf, three story facility houses 20 memory care units, 44 assisted living units and 51 independent living units comprised of a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom units and studio units. The amenities included in the facility are a café / evening bar, dining facility, multimedia movie room, library, salon, and multiple activity and group gathering areas.
This resident-centered design approach allows residents to have a permanent home on site that guides residents over time through a comprehensive array of health services spanning all levels of intensity of care as their needs arise. This concept provides for all the residents health needs while providing the amenities of a high end apartment by bringing hospitality to the forefront and pushing any institutional items to the background.
