This project consists of approximately 8,048 square feet of new construction. The first floor consists of a pharmacy area with support spaces and a retail space. The second floor has offices, conference rooms, storage and and atrium to the floor below.
The client knew their customer demographic well and was able to obtain this challenging acute triangular shaped building site at the intersection of State and West Streets in New Albany.
The customer base was weighted to custom made infusion mixes for a variety of needs. This required a USP 800 Pharmacy for compounding, and access for convenient customer pick-up at a drive-through window. This new retail pharmacy occupied the first floor, while a hormone therapy practice resides on the second floor with a view down to the pharmacy area below. The overall exterior image was driven by the functional program and the site, and created a striking image to take advantage of the intersecting streets curb appeal.
This facility is currently featured in many of the owners print and video advertisements.
