The 24,000 SF headquarters office facility for this Southern Indiana real estate company was created to encourage interaction between multiple realtors, agents, and support staff, while providing a one-stop-shop kind of atmosphere for their clients.

The Office Space was developed with a central rotunda core that serves as the defining orientation element between the two office floors.  Education and conference areas are designed throughout the facility to easily allow continuous communication between the realtor agents and multiple in-house subsidiary businesses.
