"The true beauty of architecture does not only lie in the aesthetics of a space, but in how the created space affects people and changes their lives for the better."
Jason Hartz AIA, NCARB
As a principle of the firm, Jason is actively involved in all parts of the design process from Planning to Construction Administration. He has led project teams all across the country, from Virginia in the East to Arizona in the West with projects totaling over $500 Million dollars in construction cost. While Jason has completed projects in multiple fields, he is considered a healthcare specialist who is well versed in the healthcare planning, design, and construction environment.
Jason's healthcare experience is based upon the 'for profit' model of designing right sized, efficient space that considers the return on investment of every square foot that is designed and built. This background and his continued research has lead him to provide his clients with new and innovative ideas in space planning and design by working collaboratively to implement efficient designs that not only improve the patient experience, but improve the experience of the patient's families, physicians, and hospital staff. He realizes that every dollar spent on capital investments must be scrutinized and highly utilized.
